Corporate Advisor (IT)

OpiniQ Ltd is seeking a Corporate Advisor for our consulting company specializing in providing professional services across various business sectors.The successful candidate will join our legal team to support our firm’s mission and growth.

Responsibilities

• Legal support in IT related matters, including, inter alia, acquisition and sale of domain names, hosting registration, as well as tackling bad faith registration of domain names and legal actions against unfair use of domain names;
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complaints, claims and lawsuits, as well as contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to the above issues and disputes;
• Legal research, monitoring and analysis of the above issues to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in the IT sector;
• Advising internal stakeholders on legal issues and risks associated with IT projects, transactions, and disputes.

Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree in law.
• Proven experience as an IT lawyer with a focus on transactional domains and related representation in matters involving the above disputes.
• Strong knowledge of IT laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
• English language proficiency of at least B2+ level.
