1PT Group is seeking a proactive Marketing HR\HR Brand Manager passionate about promoting our employer brand. Responsibilities:
- Manage internal communications: newsletters, digests and corporate updates to keep teams informed.
- Develop and grow the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram): content planning, posting, engagement and basic analytics.
- Support and drive HR projects across the employee lifecycle.
- Source and manage branded merchandise (corporate swag).
- Organize corporate events (online and offline), including logistics and vendor coordination.
- Develop and manage employee benefits: expand partner discounts and administer the Allsports program.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in HR Marketing\Marketing experience
- High proficiency in English (B2-C1 level)

- Strong communication skills: clear idea expression, emotional management, ethical and respectful interactions, questioning skills, and rapport building.
- Solid written communication skills: clear, structured, and concise writing.
Nice to have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Marketing.
- Experience with Figma
