This (TEMPORARY) position is responsible for support Trade Investment Control process among Central Eurasia countries.
What are we looking for?
- University degree level with background preferably in Economics/Finance;
- 3 year of experience in accounting & finance area;
- Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus;
- Fluent English;
- Advanced Russian;
- Advanced users of MS Excel, MS Office, Power BI, Power Query are preferred;
- Good knowledge of US GAAP accounting and control procedures in Trade Expenditures area;
- Good communication skills incl. higher management.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Support Remote Review and Investment Control processes;
- Work closely with Outsource agency to define sample size for documents check and ensure no delays of payments to Distributors;
- Check the register of documents provided by Distributors and Sales Team, solve any ad hoc issues with Sales team and Distributors in the control system;
- Point of contact for Trade Promo Management system;
- Control over payment amounts of Trade Commission spends;
- Drive any other processes related to improvement of efficiency and automatization;
- Drive continuous improvements of processes and procedures related to Remote Review and Trade investments;
- Documentation management and support of internal audit or tax audit;
- Participate in team engagement events.
