Trade Investments Analyst

This (TEMPORARY) position is responsible for support Trade Investment Control process among Central Eurasia countries.

What are we looking for?

• University degree level with background preferably in Economics/Finance;
• 3 year of experience in accounting & finance area;
• Experience with financial systems (e.g. SAP) is a plus;
• Fluent English;
• Advanced Russian;
• Advanced users of MS Excel, MS Office, Power BI, Power Query are preferred;
• Good knowledge of US GAAP accounting and control procedures in Trade Expenditures area;
• Good communication skills incl. higher management.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Support Remote Review and Investment Control processes;
• Work closely with Outsource agency to define sample size for documents check and ensure no delays of payments to Distributors;
• Check the register of documents provided by Distributors and Sales Team, solve any ad hoc issues with Sales team and Distributors in the control system;
• Point of contact for Trade Promo Management system;
• Control over payment amounts of Trade Commission spends;
• Drive any other processes related to improvement of efficiency and automatization;
• Drive continuous improvements of processes and procedures related to Remote Review and Trade investments;
• Documentation management and support of internal audit or tax audit;
• Participate in team engagement events.
