Front Desk & Support Representative
Remote | Full-time
We are hiring Front Desk & Support Representatives for U.S.-based companies across different industries.
This role may include Customer Support, Front Desk responsibilities, sales follow-ups, returns management, scheduling, and other tasks, depending on the company’s needs.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with U.S. customers via calls, emails, and messages
Managing customer inquiries, returns, and follow-ups
Coordinating schedules and appointments
Providing front-desk support and assisting internal teams
Maintaining accurate records and updates in CRM or internal systems
Supporting sales processes and client relations
Requirements:
English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (spoken and written)
Strong communication and customer-handling skills
Flexibility to handle both support and sales-related tasks
Attention to detail and ability to manage schedules and follow-ups
Previous experience in Customer Support, Front Desk, or Sales is a plus
Comfortable working with the U.S. market and time zones
Working Hours:
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM based on California (PST) or Washington (PST) time zone
