WGG Advertising Agency is looking for a Manager of the call-center. Constant flow of warm leads. We will teach you how to effectively communicate with customers and immerse you in the world of online advertising!!

The tasks that you will solve:

• Calls to a ready-made (warm) English-speaking and Arabic-speaking lead database in order to identify satisfaction from communication with the sales department;
• Working at amoCRM;
• Work according to the regulations and scripts for calls.

What is important to us:

• Knowledge of English (B2);

• Work experience in the call center;
• Communication skills and competent oral speech;
• Positive attitude to monotonous tasks and quick adaptation to new ones​;
• Willingness to phone communication.

What is important us in term of your working place:

• Having a computer with Windows 10 or macOS operating system;
• Having reliable Internet connection with a speed of at least 20 Mbit/s;
• Having a high-quality headset.
