Andersen is hiring a Scrum Master to support Agile delivery of a global travel payment platform, enabling secure transactions, centralized billing, and scalable, data-driven payment solutions.

The customer is a well-established international B2B product company that develops and maintains scalable technology platforms for enterprise clients, working with mature Agile processes and long-term engineering partners.

The project is focused on developing and enhancing a global payment platform for the travel industry, enabling secure transactions, centralized billing, and detailed reporting for airlines and corporate clients. The solution aims to reduce payment processing costs and streamline business travel expense management through scalable, data-driven payment technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Running Agile meetings (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos) to keep the team focused and improving.
  • Leading sprint demos, showing stakeholders what the team delivered.
  • Managing releases, working with other teams to remove blockers.
  • Keeping the Scrum/Kanban board (Jira/Trello) clean and up to date.
  • Protecting the team from distractions so they can focus on their goals.
  • Helping the team organize itself while keeping progress smooth.
  • Working with the Product Owner to prioritize tasks and refine the backlog.

Must-haves:

  • Experience as a Scrum Master (or Agile Coach) in software development for 3+ years.
  • Proven track record of leading successful demos and managing releases.
  • Strong familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or similar tools).
  • Excellent facilitation and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Level of English – from Intermediate+ and above.

Nice-to-haves:

  • CSM certification.
