Foreman/Site Engineer – Villa Projects

About Role:
To supervise and coordinate all day‑to‑day site activities for villa projects, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in line with drawings, specifications, and company quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate site workforce and subcontractors for villa construction (foundations, superstructure, blockwork, plaster, waterproofing, tiling, joinery, MEP interface, external works).
Plan and allocate daily tasks, manpower, tools, and materials according to the project schedule and priorities.
Check work on site against approved drawings and details; report discrepancies and technical issues to the site engineer.
Ensure strict implementation of safety procedures and PPE requirements; conduct toolbox talks and maintain housekeeping on site.
Monitor usage and basic maintenance of equipment (mixers, compactors, cutters, scaffolding, etc.) and coordinate servicing when needed.
Coordinate the sequence of trades inside villas (civil, MEP, waterproofing, finishes) to minimize rework and achieve target milestones.
Inspect workmanship and finishes for walls, floors, ceilings, doors/windows, facades, and external works to meet company quality standards.
Prepare and submit daily progress reports, manpower reports, and material consumption to the project/site engineer.
Assist with setting out lines, levels, and measurements as instructed by the engineer.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related construction field (mandatory).
Minimum 4–7 years of experience as Civil Foreman in villa or similar building projects; UAE experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
Strong knowledge of villa construction methods, sequencing, materials, and finishing standards.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and basic MEP drawings.
Good command of spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills with a hands‑on approach.
Monthly salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000, depending on experience and qualifications.indeed+1
