We are looking for a hands-on Sales Manager with real US trucking experience — not just someone who “sells software”, but someone who understands the trucking business, speaks the same language as fleet owners, and can own deals end-to-end.
This is a high-impact role where you directly influence revenue, product direction, and company growth.
🔥 What you will do
Own sales for the US trucking segment (fleets with 50+ trucks)
Prospect and engage fleet owners, recruiters, and decision-makers
Run outbound sales: cold calls, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp
Conduct intro and demo calls, clearly explaining the value of AI recruiting
Qualify prospects (pain, urgency, budget, decision-maker)
Close deals independently whenever possible
Work directly with the founder on complex or strategic deals
Bring feedback from the market into product and positioning
🧠 What we’re looking for (mandatory)

Proven experience in US trucking (sales, dispatch, recruiting, safety, operations, etc.)
Strong understanding of how US fleets hire and manage drivers
Confident spoken and written English
Strong outbound and consultative sales skills
Startup mindset: ownership, speed, responsibility
Ability to work independently and close deals end-to-end
Experience with CRM and outreach tools is a plus

Existing network in US trucking
Experience selling SaaS, HR-tech, or recruiting solutions
Experience working with US clients and time zones
Understanding of recruiting funnels and driver hiring challenges
