— A real estate agent specializing in the secondary market, residing in Dubai.

— Experience of at least 3 transactions in the region (secondary ready or secondary off-plan).

— Proficiency in English at least at C1 level and good communication skills.

— A smart casual appearance, proactivity, and a willingness to work hard.

What will you be doing?

— Specializing in a specific area of Dubai.

— Working with property owners.

— Interacting with other departments.

— Managing the full cycle of transactions.

— Processing incoming leads from listings, maintaining CRM, and conducting property showings.

What will you receive?

— A percentage of commission from each transaction.

— A sales system and training program for brokers on working with property owners.

— Official employment according to UAE law after the probation period and medical insurance.
