We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team.

Key responsibilities:

- Demonstrate Salesforce Platform capabilities to customers, including standard processes, best practices, and recommended use cases

- Collect and structure feedback from customer stakeholders, clarifying expectations and required platform adjustments

- Conduct, record, and support coaching and training sessions for customer employees

- Configure Salesforce features and capabilities (no coding required)

- Collaborate closely with internal teams and communicate with customers in English

Key requirements:

- Fluent English with strong verbal communication skills

- Solid experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems

- Understanding of business processes (sales, finance, services, operations, etc.)

- Ability to analyze, structure requirements, and work with customer expectations

Nice to have:

- Experience in the real sector of the economy (sales, finance, services, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce

- Experience in user training, demos, or customer presentations
