Product Owner (Affiliate & Referral Program)

Tangem solutions offer multi-support of a growing number of thousands of tokens by a single wallet. SBI Crypto Investment Ltd., the digital asset venture investment company wholly owned by SBI Holdings Inc., has invested $15 million into Tangem in 2019 for mass adoption of blockchain technology.

Position Overview

As we scale global adoption of self-custody, we are building a full-scale Affiliate & Referral ecosystem for influencers, creators, partners, and users – and we are looking for a Product Owner to own this product end-to-end.

This is a product role, not a partnership or account management role. This role sits at the intersection of Engineering, Sales, and Marketing

You will design, build, and scale the affiliate and referral system as a growth product – from research and architecture to launch, iteration, and global scale.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

• Own affiliate and referral programs as a product, from concept to launch and scale
• Define product vision, core mechanics, and success metrics
• Build and maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap

Engineering Collaboration

• Translate business and growth goals into clear product requirements
• Work closely with engineers to define scope, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans
• Ensure high-quality implementation and on-time delivery

Growth & Mechanics

• Design incentive models, reward structures, and referral logic
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth teams on acquisition and activation flows
• Continuously test and optimize mechanics based on performance data

Performance & Scaling

• Define KPIs and track program performance
• Identify and resolve scalability, attribution, and abuse risks
• Iterate and improve the product as it scales globally

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
• Experience in crypto, fintech, or trading environments is a strong plus
• Hands-on experience with affiliate and/or referral programs
• Ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Good understanding of growth funnels and incentive-based products
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• Strong English communication skills.
