Responsibilities: - Implementation of the company's strategy in pricing and promotions, participation in the planning of monthly promotional activities;
- Regular interaction with cross-functional teams (Sales, DX/Trade Marketing, Marketing, Finance) – handling and aligning additional promotional requests, participating in business case calculations;
- Analysis of promotional effectiveness (pre/post-evaluation), developing practical recommendations to improve their effectiveness (ROI, Uplift);
- Participation in the monthly and annual volume assessment and planning process – calculating forecasts and actual incremental promotional volumes;
- Monthly management and control of promotional budgets, submission and adjustment of monthly promotional budget forecasts, analysis of deviations from the plan, calculation of the impact of changes on P&L, participation in annual financial planning;
- Coordination and control of the monthly accrual process for promotional expenses, developing approaches to improve the accuracy of reserve forecasting;
- Implementation of pricing strategy – updating price lists in internal company systems, preparing notifications for partners about price changes, communicating changes to cross-functional teams.
Requirements: - Higher Education
- 3-5 Years of experience in Finance, preferably in FMCG or retail international companies;
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Perfect Excel knowledge (macros, power query, pivot tables)
- Power BI knowledge will be an advantage
- B2+ English knowledge
