Key Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the pastry team through clear communication, trust, and personal example.

• Oversee daily pastry operations, ensuring high productivity, consistency, and quality standards.

• Develop new desserts and menu items while maintaining excellence in taste, presentation, and creativity.

• Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and storage standards.

• Manage purchasing, inventory control, and cost efficiency; minimize waste and losses.

• Deliver exceptional guest service and train staff to meet and exceed guest expectations.

• Recruit, train, and develop team members; provide regular coaching, performance feedback, and evaluations.

• Achieve operational, financial, and team performance goals in line with budget and business targets.
