What are you going to do?

• Work directly with YouTube creators, bloggers, musicians, and digital influencers from all over the world;

• Help creators increase their income by joining YouTube Partner Network (CSP) and using our monetization tools;

• Proactively reach out to creators via personalized cold emails and messages;

• Handle and overcome creators’ objections with confidence and empathy, turning initial skepticism into long-term partnerships;

• Conduct occasional demo calls to showcase monetization tools and explain how Mediacube helps creators grow revenue;

• Manage the full outreach cycle - from first contact to signing contract - while maintaining a high-quality, human-centered communication approach;

• Continuously test and improve outreach messaging to increase response and conversion rates across different markets;

• Explore international markets, understand local creator needs, and adapt outreach strategies for different regions;

• Achieve clear, transparent KPIs and earn bonuses for real results, directly impacting your income.

You are perfect for us if:

• Your English level is B2 or higher, and you’re comfortable communicating with creators worldwide;

• You understand how sales and client communication work on practice;

• You enjoy working with people, building relationships, and influencing decisions through value, not pressure;

• You’re proactive, confident, and motivated by results and financial growth;
