Middle SMM Specialist

The team at OOO ProSight DEV is developing a comprehensive IT platform consisting of a mobile application, a client self-service system, a back-office interface, and a business analytics system. We are looking for a skilled and proactive Middle SMM Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Managing company and client social media accounts

• Creating content: text, visuals, stories, short-form videos

• Developing content plans and contributing to content strategy

• Managing brand positioning on social media

• Running and optimizing ad campaigns (post promotion)

• Analyzing content and advertising performance

• Preparing regular reports and improvement recommendations

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in SMM / content management

• Strong writing and visual content creation skills

• Experience with tools: Canva, CapCut, Meta Ads, AI tools

• Understanding key metrics: reach, engagement, growth, conversions

• Ability to follow a content plan and meet deadlines

• Self-organized, responsible, and proactive
