Main Responsibilities:
- Management of second-level AMS activities on the Salesforce platform Analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of reports from the first level and business
- Root cause analysis and anomaly management
- Corrective and evolutionary maintenance on Apex, LWC, Flow, Validation Rules, Batch, and Schedulable
- Monitoring of OBA processes and support for flow improvement Coordination with project teams for fixes and releases
- Preparation of deployments and configurations
- Documentation of activities
Required Technical Skills: - Excellent knowledge of Apex, LWC/Lightning Component, Visualforce, Flow, and Process Builder
- Experience in AMS activities
- Knowledge of DevOps tools (SFDX, VS Code), Git/Bitbucket, and Jira
- Knowledge of Bit2Win modules (Order Management/CPQ), recommended
