Andersen is hiring a Salesforce Developer to support a digital transformation initiative, building and evolving web, eCommerce, and AI-driven platforms within a dynamic multi-team environment.
The customer is a large international technology company operating in the digital infrastructure and connectivity domain, providing telecommunications, cloud platforms, and advanced IT services for consumer and enterprise clients. The organization focuses on next-generation networks, cloud-native architectures, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, working with complex distributed systems, and continuously modernizing core services to support global digital transformation.
The project is a large-scale digital transformation initiative with a high volume of parallel projects, focused on building and evolving web and eCommerce platforms, AI-enabled features, and data-driven digital solutions within a dynamic, multi-team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, coding, and implementing applications using Apex classes/triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce to extend functionality beyond standard configuration.
- Translating functional business requirements into technical design specifications, choosing the right mix of low-code (Flows) and high-code solutions.
- Connecting Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, marketing tools) using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Writing comprehensive test classes to ensure high code coverage (above 80%), debugging, and troubleshooting system issues.
- Maintaining data integrity, security, and quality within the system, including managing user profiles and sharing rules.
- Managing release cycles, deploying updates between environments (Sandbox to Production), and supporting the platform.
Must-haves:
- Experience in Salesforce Core Cloud development for 5+ years.
- Proven Salesforce Core Cloud project history (Sales and/or Service Cloud).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Enterprise Patterns.
- Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- General understanding of Salesforce architecture principles.
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce Flows.
- Solid understanding of integration methodologies, including Events, RESTful APIs, INtelliJ.
- Experience with deployment and release management, including CI/CD practices.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub for version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Very strong conceptional (solution designing) and communication skills.
- Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.
Nice-to-haves:
- Proven Salesforce Marketing Cloud project history (Marketing Cloud and/or Account Engagement).
- Salesforce certifications.
- International project experience.
- Industry experience (ideally Automotive).
- Data Cloud experience.
