Field Force Manager / Sales & Marketing Manager (OTC & Rx)
Location: Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (relocation required)

We are looking for a strong Sales & Marketing / Field Force Manager to lead and develop OTC & Rx medical representatives team with clear focus on sales performance, target achievement and team development.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for OTC & Rx sales target achievement

• Management of OTC & Rx Medical Representatives team

• Control and development of field force activity (visits, coverage, frequency, KPI)

• Coaching, training and motivation of the team

• Key account management: pharmacies, doctors and business partners

• Sales analysis and reporting in CRM systems

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (OTC and/or Rx)

• Proven people management experience in field force

• Strong result-oriented and sales-driven mindset

• Confident user of CRM and Excel

• English – working proficiency (communication with international management)
