Uzbek-Speaking Regional Marketing Operations Executive

The Role:

We are looking for an Uzbek-Speaking Regional Marketing Operations Executive to join our dynamic team and play a key role in executing our marketing activities across the region. This role bridges global strategy with local execution, ensuring brand consistency while adapting initiatives to resonate with local audiences.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Support the implementation of regional marketing strategies, in line with HQ directives
• Support implementation of local strategies in line with regional marketing directives
• Act as the main point of contact with local marketing agencies, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and deliverables
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across regional channels, aligning with global and regional guidelines
• Localize marketing content and materials to ensure cultural relevance and impact
• Assist in the planning and execution of various promotional campaigns including local events, sponsorships, and activations
• Monitor relevant marketing projects, providing regular updates and insights to Regional Marketing team
• Perform any marketing related tasks as assigned by the Regional Marketing Manager

Main requirements:

• University Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
• At least 3 years of rounded, hands-on marketing experience, with exposure to the local market
• Fluent Uzbek speaker with excellent oral and written skills in English. Working knowledge of the Russian language is considered a strong advantage
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to adapt global strategies into locally relevant initiatives
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail oriented
