Regional aftersales manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage dealerships, analyze and improve their service KPIs;

• Supervise and improve customer service quality across all dealerships within the region, and assist in handling customer complaints;

• Conduct regular visits to dealerships, provide on-site guidance, and develop improvement plans;

• Be responsible for the communication and implementation of service policies, procedures, technical information, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket service industry;
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in regional management or multi-store management.
• Fluency in English language is required, Chinese language is an advantage
