Financial Manager / Analyst (Cyprus)

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager/Analyst to provide comprehensive financial support for the company’s operations in Cyprus. The key objective is to ensure data accuracy, regulatory compliance, and deliver insightful analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting, Reporting & Analysis:

  • Manage and monitor income and expense accounting.

  • Prepare monthly management reporting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and analyze key financial metrics (KPIs).

  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • Analyze cash flows, operational expenses, and business efficiency.

• Document Management & Control:

  • Organize and verify primary financial documents; ensure their timely submission.

  • Maintain orderly storage of financial and legal documentation (contracts, invoices, reports).

  • Enter and update financial data in accounting/back-office systems.

  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary data and documentation.

• Payments & Treasury Operations:

  • Control and execute payment processes.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for banking partners and payment service providers.

  • Manage day-to-day treasury operations and cash flow monitoring.

• Tax & Compliance Support:

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory and tax requirements.

  • Liaise with external consultants (auditors, legal, tax advisors) as required.

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience in a financial role within fintech, investment, or brokerage sectors.

• Solid understanding of financial operations, reporting standards, and compliance in a regulated environment.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis).

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial platforms (implementation experience is a plus).

• Experience working with auditors, banks, and legal consultants.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.

• Fluent English is mandatory. Professional proficiency in Greek or Russian is a strong advantage.
