Trucking Dispatcher (USA)

We are looking for an experienced Trucking Dispatcher to join our trucking company operating in the U.S. market.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a tracking dispatcher

• Fluent English

• Experience with load boards(DAT, Truckstop)

• Experience working with Amazon loads

• Ability to handle Dry Van and Reefer shipments

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and stress-resistant

Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor loads throughout all stages of transportation

• Communicate with drivers, brokers, and customers

• Work with load boards and Amazon platforms

• Resolve operational issues during delivery

• Organizing office operations
• Recruiting and hiring staff
• Monitoring performance metrics (RPM)
• Supporting the dispatch team
• Training and mentoring new employees

Working Conditions:

• Office-based position

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (5/2)

• Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST)
