Business Intelligence Internship

We are Omadli Group, a Boston-based data analytics and AI company.

We are opening applications for a Business Intelligence training and career program. This program starts with free education that we fully provide and pay for internally. You do not pay us.

Classes start from 3 February, 2026 from 5 PM to 7 PM Tashkent time

And will be held every week-Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday from 5 PM to 7 PM Tashkent time

Phase 1: Education
For 2 to 3 months, you will be trained from scratch in SQL and Power BI. No prior BI experience is required. Training is unpaid and requires full-time commitment. All classes and homework are mandatory. If classes or assignments are not completed, you will be removed from the program. This opportunity is only for dedicated and serious candidates. Strong English is required since all training and communication is in English.

Phase 2: Internship
After completing training, selected candidates move into an internship phase. The internship is unpaid at the beginning. You will work on real internal and client-related tasks under supervision. Performance, reliability, and progress are closely evaluated.

Phase 3: Paid role
As soon as we see consistent performance and readiness to work independently on real problems, we move you into a paid role. This may start as a paid internship and can grow into full-time employment based on performance.

Who this is for:

• You speak English fluently.
• You are serious about building a long-term BI career.
• You can fully commit to learning and work.
• You are disciplined, reliable, and willing to grow.
• Recent university graduates are welcome, but a degree is not required.

Work schedule once active on projects:
5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Tashkent time.
This schedule is required.

Important:
Only 25 candidates will be accepted.
We will interview and select carefully.
This is not a casual course or a short experiment.
We are looking for people who want to grow with the company long term.
