We are seeking an FP&A Manager who is a leader with a passion for business partnering and providing valuable insights and support. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who is willing to learn and grow.
This role is responsible for owning the revenue forecast and business partnering with a key sector of the company. You will play a critical role in driving the financial performance and strategic decision-making processes of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own the FP&A close process for revenue, MRR, and bookings for a critical business unit.
- Be a key business partner for business unit leadership.
- Manage the monthly forecast model, process, and results for revenue and related KPIs
- Build out all corporate reporting to evaluate revenue and related KPIs, complete with variance explanations.
- Contribute to the business leader’s slides in the board deck.
- Own budget reporting to and meetings with the business, providing variance explanations and changes to the forecast from those meetings.
- Own all ad hoc requests from the business leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong FP&A experience.
- Excellent business partnering experience.
- Previous experience building out a revenue forecast process.
- The ability to work with and manage an executive leader.
- Good Excel skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Experience in an MRR business in the tech industry.
- The ability to work through complexity and articulate a simple story.
- A passion for working with details.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to get hands dirty and build from the ground up.
