We are looking for an experienced DevOps / System Engineer to join our technical team and help build, operate, and continuously improve a reliable and scalable infrastructure. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with complex systems, automation, and close collaboration with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced technical environment.
As a DevOps / System Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining a stable, scalable, and highly automated infrastructure that supports reliable product delivery. Your mission is to ensure platform availability, improve deployment and CI/CD processes, and proactively monitor and resolve infrastructure issues while supporting system growth and evolution.
Work closely with product development teams and key stakeholders
Build, maintain, and support new and existing infrastructure across multiple environments
Implement and deliver infrastructure-related features and improvements
Automate infrastructure components and operational processes
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and system issues
Design, develop, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for multiple projects
Manage and support infrastructure migrations between data centers
Provide technical consultation to developers, managers, and other stakeholders
Create and maintain clear technical documentation
Proactively respond to monitoring alerts and system events
3+ years of professional experience in systems engineering, DevOps, SRE, or a similar role
Strong understanding of Linux-based operating systems
Hands-on experience with configuration management and automation tools (Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Saltstack) and shell scripting
Practical experience with containerization, virtualization, and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, LXC/LXD)
Solid understanding of CI/CD processes and tools (GitLab CI)
Experience working with distributed systems
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus stack, Zabbix)
Experience in infrastructure and system design
Development skills in at least one widely used scripting or programming language
Experience with database administration, preferably PostgreSQL
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements
English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher (B1+)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Interest in modern technologies and digital trends
Experience working with major cloud service providers
Familiarity with AI-powered tools and their use in everyday engineering workflows
