Acting as an in-charge on business valuation engagements and supporting senior team members as required
Managing interactions with client management and target companies, including participation in site visits
Performing financial analysis of historical performance and financial projections
Conducting industry research and market analysis
Preparing and reviewing financial models, ranging from express models to complex and flexible valuation models
Performing business valuations using market and cost-based approaches
Preparing, reviewing, and finalizing client deliverables, including reports, presentations, proposals, contracts, and other project-related documentation
Reviewing work performed by junior team members and ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables
Supervising, coaching, and mentoring junior staff
Presenting key findings and project results to senior colleagues and client management
Requirements
Higher education, preferably in Finance or Economics
3–5 years of relevant experience in valuation, M&A, or financing (experience in Big 4 is an advantage),
Preferred industry experience includes Consumer and Industrial sectors (Agriculture, FMCG, Retail, Manufacturing, Automotive, Construction, etc.).
Strong people management and teamwork skills
Solid knowledge of valuation methodologies and techniques, including DCF and other valuation approaches
Good understanding of financial statements and their interrelationships
Strong knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, and US GAAP
Willingness to travel as required
Professional certifications (CFA, ACCA, FMVA) are considered a plus
