Henkel is in search of a Finance Controlling Intern in Almaty.
You will have an opportunity to build strong, hands‑on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and business analytics, while actively contributing to key controlling activities across Central Asia, and the Caucasus region. By collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will be involved in real financial processes and steadily develop essential skills within a dynamic global FMCG environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support for controlling and business projects within Business Units in Kazakhstan, Central Asia and Caucasus countries.
- Prepare standard financial reporting on a regular basis using Excel and internal platforms.
- Conduct analysis and budget estimation for Marketing and Administration.
- Collaborate with other departments by providing financial data, support, and cost optimization analysis.
- Assist with the monthly rolling forecast for income and spending (P&L analysis).
- Contribute to monthly/quarterly P&L closing in cooperation with Business Units controlling.
- Assist with year-end financial statement preparation.
Requirements:
- 4-year students or graduates in fields such as Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or Data Analytics.
- Availability to work full-time.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Power Point.
- English - Upper-intermediate.
- Analytical way of thinking.
- Basic experience in budgeting, financial analysis, basic knowledge of controlling (will be an advantage).
- 0-1 years of experience/internships with international FMCG companies (will be an advantage).
- Familiarity with SAP (will be an advantage).
- Power BI (will be an advantage).
