We are seeking a bilingual Operations Manager who is 🔑 ready to serve as the operational and communication bridge between all company departments, the media buying team, and all external suppliers (advertising accounts, services, tools, and other resources).
This role goes beyond financial accuracy—the focus is on managing relationships with all suppliers, coordinating work between departments, negotiation, problem-solving, and ensuring all parties work smoothly together.
Your goal: maintain strong partnerships with all suppliers, secure the best possible collaboration terms, coordinate work between all departments and employees, and keep the team in constant sync.
Supplier Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with all company suppliers: Google Ads accounts, services, tools, software, and other resources
- Negotiate pricing, collaboration terms, payment conditions, and working policies
- Ensure timely delivery of services and resources at agreed quality levels
- Handle escalations, disputes, and conflict resolution with all suppliers
- Evaluate new potential suppliers and onboard them when needed
- Maintain a database of supplier performance and reliability across all areas
- Strive 🔑 to become a trusted partner for all suppliers in our ecosystem
Communication Bridge (English ↔️ Russian)
- Translate and relay all important updates between the English-speaking owner and Russian-speaking employees (media buyers, analysts, other departments)
- Ensure requests from all company departments are clearly communicated to suppliers
- Coordinate communication between all company departments
- Ensure supplier updates are clearly communicated back to relevant employees and the owner
- Provide clear, structured summaries instead of raw message forwards
- Serve as 🔑 a bridge for seamless information exchange between all parties: owner, company departments, employees, suppliers
- Manage company operational processes: access to services, tools, subscriptions
- Maintain real-time visibility over all company resources, spend rates, and risk levels
- Ensure all employees always have the necessary resources and access to work
- Monitor availability of all services and proactively resolve technical and operational issues
- Coordinate requests between departments and ensure timely execution
Budget and Balance Control
- Coordinate all payments and prepayments with all company suppliers
- Confirm fund allocation for accounts, services, and subscriptions
- Maintain accurate balance and expense tracking per supplier, per account, and per service
- Reconcile daily or weekly spend with department reports and supplier reports
- Escalate any discrepancies and financial inconsistencies immediately
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain a clear tracking system (Google Sheets or Notion) showing:
- Supplier list and contracts/terms
- Per-account and per-service budget and balance
- Resource status and notes
- Negotiated terms per supplier
- Prepare structured reports for the owner and all company departments
- Track KPIs and highlight risks, opportunities, or inefficiencies
Process Development
- Create standardized processes for:
- Requesting resources from suppliers (accounts, services, tools)
- Allocating budgets and resources
- Reporting spend and resource usage
- Handling supplier issues and service replacements
- Improve communication workflows to reduce response times and errors
Mandatory Requirements
Languages:
- Fluent Russian (native or near-native level)
- Fluent English (professional level for confident verbal communication with clients and team members)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and articulate speech — communication is the core skill for this position
Experience and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in relevant fields
- Experience with Google Ads (preferred and important)
- Experience in media buying (critically important as this is the company's core business)
- Strong negotiation ability with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Experience building and managing relationships with vendors or partners
- Understanding of Google Ads accounts and operational dependencies
- Ability to work with high budgets and maintain accuracy

Work Schedule:
- Core hours: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM Dubai Time (UTC+4)
- In rare cases, availability outside regular hours may be needed as clients and partners are in different time zones (99% of communication happens during working hours)
Compensation and Bonuses:
- Payment in USDT once a month

Reporting Structure
- Reports directly to the owner
- Works daily with all company departments: media buyers, analysts, technical specialists, and others
- Serves as the primary point of contact for all external company suppliers
- Coordinates communication between all company employees
