Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of a brand new hotel located in a beautiful mountain resort area.

This role requires a strong leader who can ensure smooth hotel performance, high guest satisfaction, and effective team management across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full daily operation of the hotel
• Manage and coordinate all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering, etc.)
• Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
• Handle staff management, training, and performance supervision
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:
• Proven experience in hotel operations management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of hospitality service standards
• Ability to work in a dynamic resort/mountain environment
• Problem-solving skills and stress resistance
