Senior Product manager

TradingView is the world's leading social network and charting platform for traders and investors worldwide. Our proprietary mobile apps for iOS and Android are a crucial part of our ecosystem, serving as the primary gateway for over 10 million monthly active users, providing access to powerful charting, trading, and social features.

We are seeking an experienced Senior+ Product Manager to lead the evolution of TradingView. You will define and drive the product strategy, vision, and roadmap. In this role, you will guide the development of features that enhance our platform's capabilities and drive growth, ensuring we maintain our position as the global leader in financial market technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product strategy aligned with TradingView's growth objectives
• Define and own the product vision and multi-year roadmap
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics
• Lead product discovery to identify user needs and market opportunities
• Define and track key product metrics to measure success
• Prioritize feature development based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality implementation
• Validate product hypotheses through A/B testing, experimentation, and user research
• Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify improvement opportunities
• Stay current with financial technology trends, competitive landscape, and platform advancements
• Mentor and guide other product managers within the domain
• Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate product progress effectively

• 5-7+ years of product management experience with customer-facing products
• Proven track record of leading successful products at scale
• Understanding of and genuine interest in financial markets and trading
• Strong analytical skills with demonstrated data-driven decision making
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in product management methodologies and best practices
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across distributed teams
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
• Experience in FinTech or financial services preferred
