Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Venture Capital & Investment Company

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the financial strategy of the company and investment funds.
• Build financial models and analyze investment projects (VC / PE).
• Participate in investment committees; provide financial due diligence and valuation support.
• Manage budgeting, cash flow and liquidity.
• Oversee financial and management reporting.
• Monitor financial performance of portfolio companies.
• Lead tax planning, audit and compliance processes.
• Manage relationships with investors (LPs), banks and auditors.
• Lead and develop the finance team.

Requirements

• Higher education in finance, economics or accounting.
• 5+ years of experience as CFO / Finance Director / Head of Finance.
• Experience in venture capital, private equity, investment or asset management companies.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, business valuation and investment instruments.
• Understanding of fund structures, SPVs and term sheets.
• Experience working with investors and auditors.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
