Due to personal involvement of the owner’s of the Company “MHRUS”, they are looking for a Personal Assistant to support them in their daily activities.
Overall activities:
- A Personal Assistant (PA) provides crucial administrative, organizational and sometimes personal support to an executive or individual. He/she will manage calendars, correspondence (Emails/calls), travel, meetings, reports and expenses. He/she is acting as a gatekeeper and ensuring smooth daily operations to boost the executives/owner’s productivity and efficiency.
- The role requires discretion, excellent time management and adaptability with duties varying from basic office tasks to handling personal errands and managing household logistic.
Key responsibilities:
- Calendar & Time management;
- Scheduling appointments, meetings, reminders and managing complex diaries.
- Communication:
- Screening calls, managing emails, drafting correspondence and acting as a first point of contact
- Travel & logistics:
- Booking Flights, accommodation, transportation and creating detailed itineraries.
- Meeting Support:
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and organizing meeting materials.
- Reporting & Admin:
- Preparing reports, presentations, managing filing systems and data entry.
- Expense Management:
- Processing expenses, invoices and managing budgets.
- Errands & Personal tasks:
- Running personal errands, handling shopping or managing household tasks.
- Research:
- Conducting research for projects, experiences or purchases.

Education and experience:
- Higher education
- Higher level of English
- 2-3 years’ experience as an assistant
- Previous experience in an international environment is a plus
