We are looking for an experienced Data Developer (AVP) for a long-term project.
The customer is a British multinational universal bank with a 300-year history, operating as a diversified, transatlantic financial institution. It operates in over 50 countries, with a strong focus on the UK and US markets. It offers services across personal, corporate, and investment banking, as well as credit cards and wealth management.

Main Tasks:
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration pipelines between Salesforce Cloud and enterprise data platforms, leveraging SQL Server, SSIS, and Autosys for orchestration.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and performance optimization across Banking and CRM systems.
- Maintain documentation for lineage, mappings, and operational runbooks.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups.
Provide technical estimates and deliver stories aligned with migration and integration goals. - Implement data quality checks and reconciliation processes for CRM and Banking datasets.
Requirements: - 5 + years experience in Data engineering and ETL development.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server, SSIS, and Autosys job scheduling.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Cloud data models and API integration, design and maintain data pipelines for Salesforce CRM/UCRM integration with downstream systems.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery and CI/CD practices.
- Experience of managing API-based data extraction and ensure secure handling of sensitive fields (MNPI compliance), conducting performance tuning for SQL queries and SSIS packages.
- Strong spoken English (Intermediate level and higher).
Nice to have: - Experience with AI tools like GitLab Duo, Claude and Co-pilots for artifact generation and Optimization.
- Knowledge of AWS services (S3, Glue, Athena).
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau for reporting on Salesforce data.
- Exposure to Python for automation and data validation.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, Gitlab).
