GIS Assistant

TraceAir is a fast-growing Series B startup in the construction SaaS space. We provide analytics that help construction teams manage job sites more efficiently. We work with leading developers, builders, contractors, and engineers across the US and Canada.

About the Team

Our GIS team processes photogrammetry data collected from drones and LiDAR, georeferences construction documentation and surface models, and enriches the TraceAir platform with mapping data.

Responsibilities

• Digitize 3D terrain models (DTM/DEM)

• Stitch 360° panoramas

• Learn new tasks quickly and adapt to changing workflows

• Work accurately and responsibly, meeting quality standards and deadlines

• Collaborate with the team and communicate clearly

Requirements

• A personal laptop suitable for work

• Stable internet connection

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills

Nice to have:

• Education or any experience in GIS / cartography / geodesy (not required)

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Rare weekend shifts: no more than once every 2–3 months
