Learning & Development Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on managing the learning ecosystem for multiple Business Units, ensuring employees receive appropriate training and guidance to develop skills aligned with business needs. The specialist will support the design of learning paths, coordinate training initiatives, and work closely with Business Unit leads to assess learning effectiveness.

As our Learning & Development Specialist, you will:

• Collaborate with Business Units and Global L&D teams to identify training needs, develop tailored learning paths, and apply best practices in learning design.

• Allocate and track e-learning modules and other training resources for employees.

• Collect and analyze feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.

• Organize and support online and in-person training sessions, including preparing materials, managing invitations, and assisting participants.

• Maintain attendance records, training reports, and documentation to track employee progress.

• Conduct basic training assessments and track completion rates.

• Prepare reports on training participation and effectiveness to inform L&D strategies.

• Communicate with business unit leads and employees using tools to provide guidance, answer queries, and ensure smooth participation in training programs.

• Support implementation of feedback-driven improvements to learning programs.

You're the perfect fit for this role, if you:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field.

• Have 2–3 years of experience in Learning & Development, training coordination, or learning evaluation.

• Are fluent in English.

• Have practical experience designing learning paths or structured training programs.

• Are proficient in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

• Have strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks across business units.
