We are developing a partner advertising high-load system with a large RPS, convenient and modern interface. We are growing exponentially and successfully implementing new technologies to accelerate this growth and the system as a whole.
Now we look for a HR Administration Specialist (1 year contract) to join our team!
Job Responsibilities
Manage medical insurance enrollment for new hires and internal transfers, and ensure timely removal of terminated employees from the insurance plan.
Act as the main point of contact for employees on all medical insurance-related questions, and liaise with the insurance provider to resolve administrative issues and escalations.
Monitor employee experience with the medical insurance plan, identify recurring issues, and suggest improvements.
Prepare reports and basic analytics based on insurance provider data and internal HR data.
Manage migration processes, including renewals of residence and work documents.
Prepare and support entry permit applications, including document collection, review, and validation.
Coordinate translations, medical tests for newcomers, and interactions with the Certifying Officer.
Prepare confirmation letters for migration and employment purposes.
Maintain and update migration budget tracking and ensure cost accuracy.
Check completeness and accuracy of all migration documents before submission.
Requirements
Good understanding of HR administration/migration processes and compliance-driven workflows
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with documents, data, and deadlines;
Ability to manage multiple cases in parallel and follow up consistently;
Process-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and suggest practical improvements;
Confident use of HR systems, ticketing tools, and Excel / Google Sheets.
Clear and professional written and verbal communication with employees and external partners.
Ability to explain complex or sensitive topics (e.g. insurance, migration) in a simple and employee-friendly way.
Service-oriented and employee-focused approach.
Reliable, well-organized, and able to work independently within defined processes.
Calm and structured when handling time-sensitive or compliance-related cases.
Languages
English - working proficiency (spoken and written).
Greek - a big advantage (especially for migration and local coordination).
Russian - a good advantage (to work with most of the employees).
