Responsibilities:
- Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Claude) to assist in script and copywriting, boosting work efficiency.
- Incorporate localized Kazakh/Russian memes to develop short video content tailored to the tones of Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Serve as the brand’s fixed on-camera spokesperson to build an approachable and authentic IP persona.
- Explore live streaming business models: Sort out and rehearse localized live streaming scripts for the Kazakh market; conduct live streaming tests during major promotion periods (non-commerce phase) to accumulate stage management experience for future live commerce.
- Drive public domain traffic (from Instagram/TikTok) to private domain pools through comment section interactions and private message scripts.
- Formulate fan retention strategies to enhance the engagement of private domain followers.
- Track not only likes and comments, but also prioritize retention rate and conversion rate.
- Adjust the direction of AI-generated materials and content scripts based on data insights.
- Manage KOL collaborations and review collaboration scripts.
- Plan online challenges and leverage key promotion events (e.g., Black Friday, Nauryz Festival) to create viral topics.
- Familiarity with the Kazakh live streaming ecosystem (candidates with local live streaming viewing experience are preferred).
- Excellent on-camera presence and verbal persuasion skills
- Fluency in Kazakh and Russian.
