Responsibilities:

- Proven experience in HR-related matters
- Strong practical knowledge of the Labour Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Ability to advise on employment relations, contracts, internal policies, and disciplinary procedures
- Experience in interaction with state authorities and inspections is an advantage
- Good verbal and written English
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- High University degree in Law.
- At least 3 years of professional legal experience in an international company or similar.
- Experience in HR.
- Practical knowledge of Labour law of RoK.
- Good verbal and written English (Upper Intermediate level).
