Preparation of job offers when recruiting, promoting and transferring employees based on the approved organization charts and grade/category system within the defined budget:
- for local employees
- for expatriates.
Maintenance of the grade system. Define appropriate grades for new positions.

Preparing HR reports by requests.
Требования:
Higher education in Economics (or a related field); a certificate from an international professional program such as Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or its equivalents will be considered an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in job evaluation and grading (using methodologies such as Korn Ferry/Hay Group, Ernst & Young, Towers Watson, etc.) is desirable.
Experience working with salary surveys, pay scales, rotational shift allowances, northern area coefficients, and knowledge of labor standards.
English language – Upper Intermediate level or higher.
Preferably at least 2 years of experience in the mining or other heavy industry sectors.
