Analyst, Merchant banking (Real estate)

We are looking for a Analyst to join our Merchant Banking team (Real estate desc).

Principal responsibilities:

• Support for deals analysis and execution, participation in due diligence process
• Drafting of analytical presentations, pitches, preparation of info memos and other materials
• Gathering data for company and industry analysis
• Preparation of materials for investment committee, various administrative duties

Qualifications:

• 4 year BA undergraduate students / 1-2 year MA undergraduate students / graduates with high GPA from top-tier university with preferences given to faculties with in-depth study of finance and economics (MSU, HSE, NES)
• 1,5+ work experience in banks & boutiques & funds / M&A and Valuation departments at ex-BIG4 is an advantage
• Project experience in Real Estate is a plus
• Critical thinking, high motivation, understanding of finance, economics and accounting concepts, strong team player
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office
• Advanced oral and written English (including financial and business English)
• Passed CFA levels is a plus
