Credit Risk Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team of risks analysts
• Manage a credit portfolios
• Create risks strategies for decision making
• Analyze profitability of products
• Lead the development of new lending products
• Lead the launch of new lending product in new countries
• Create and analyze limit policies
• Collaborate with data providers
• Collaborate with product, finance, legal, DWH, analytics and tech teams
• Create requirements for reporting
• Optimize loan rejects funnels

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Experience in risk analytics or portfolio management for at least 3 years
• Experience in lending for individuals or SMEs
• Excellent knowledge of banking processes
• Experience in building risk and NPV models
• Experience in team management
• Knowledge of python and SQL
• Familiar with regression and boosting models
• Experience in working with external funding will be an advantage
• Experience in usage of alternative data for scoring will be an advantage
