Marketing Manager

SCAND Ltd. is looking for a creative and initiative Marketing Manager.

The company is focused on custom software development outsourcing across multiple technologies including .NET, Java, PHP, JavaScript, and C++. With more than 25+ years in IT and 700 successful projects for dozens of customers globally and over 150 highly experienced engineers on board, we are rated as one of the top software outsourcing companies in Eastern Europe.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in the digital strategy development and its implementation across various marketing channels;
• Generating new ideas on how to increase conversions;
• Research on new lead generation channels;
• Market analysis, competitive analysis, building hypotheses, A/B testing;
• Proofreading and writing articles on various IT and business topics;
• Content distribution and e-mail outreach campaigns;
• Managing social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter);
• Supporting corporate websites (content development, copywriting, corporate blogging).

Requirements:

• Advanced English (perfect content writing skills);
• Experience in IT sphere;
• Experience in using CMS;
• Basic knowledge in SEO, Google Analytics, Semrush;
• Experience in using email marketing tools (BuzzStream, Mailchimp, etc).
• German would be a plus;
• Team-oriented, creative and positive thinking person with analytical skills.
