Finance Management Trainee Program

What is the Management Trainee Program at L'Oréal? It is an intensive development program for graduates and young professionals. Over the course of a year, you will rotate through various finance functions, receive mentorship from top managers, and master cutting-edge financial management tools.

Your Journey on the Program:

1. Expertise in Travel & Expense Management

• Mastering the BizOnTrip platform: planning and processing business trips.
• Deep-diving into Expense Management and documentation workflows.
• Cross-divisional collaboration with colleagues from various business units.
• Learning the fundamentals of Compliance and Internal Control—critical skills for any future finance leader.

2. Supply Chain Finance

• Participating in the launch and activation of the Compass Supply Chain tool in the Central Eurasia region.
• Integrating Selective divisions into the CSC framework.
• Working with the P73 system and gaining hands-on experience in operational finance.

3. Controlling

• Deep-diving into SGA (Selling, General, and Administrative) reporting and analysis.
• Optimizing and improving P&L (Profit & Loss) reports for countries within the region.
• Collaborating with technical and zone support teams to configure and align reporting systems.

We are looking for you if you have:

• Experience: At least 6 months of professional experience in Finance, Economics, Audit, Management, or STEM fields.
• Languages: Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate level and above) for work in an international environment.
• Tech Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills and the ability to quickly master new digital systems.
• Soft Skills: An analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and a readiness to take on responsibility.
• Mindset: Proactive, communicative, and passionate about growing within the beauty industry.
