We are an accounting and tax advisory firm seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and client coordination. The role involves administrative support, document management, scheduling, and assisting the tax and accounting team during peak and off-peak seasons. Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries

  • Schedule client appointments, consultations, and internal meetings

  • Maintain organized digital client records

  • Assist with document preparation, scanning, and secure storage

  • Greet clients and provide a professional office experience

  • Collect and track required tax and financial documents

  • Follow up with clients regarding missing information and deadlines

  • Support accountants and tax professionals with administrative tasks

  • Assist with engagement letters, invoices, and basic reports

  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in administrative or office support roles

  • High school diploma or equivalent (higher education preferred)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English language

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Ability to work with confidential financial and personal data

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
