Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Updater
- Advanced English (clear communication with brokers & drivers)
- Strong discipline, consistency, and work ethic
- Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn dispatching, lane planning, and rate negotiation
