Обязанности:

Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, transportation, and events.
Make reservations for dining, entertainment, tours, and transportation.
Handle guest requests efficiently and courteously.
Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area and hotel services.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs.
Manage and update concierge desk materials and resources.
Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Требования:

Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain
Basic computer skills
AAble to read and write excellent English and preferably another language Uzbekistan, Russian Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
High school or equivalent education required.
Communication skills
