Responsibilities

Greet guests upon arrival and departure, offering assistance with luggage and transportation needs.
Manage and supervise bell staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Coordinate with front desk and housekeeping to ensure seamless guest experience.
Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the bell desk and baggage storage areas.
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures related to luggage handling.
Keep records of luggage storage and assist with billing as needed.
Assist with special guest requests and VIP services.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year in a similar position in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain
Basic computer skills
Able to read and write excellent Uzbek, English, Russian and preferably another language
High school or equivalent education required.
