Housekeeping Supervisor

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
• Develop work schedules and assign tasks to housekeeping team members.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards.
• Train new staff and provide ongoing training to improve service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and linen, and place orders as needed.
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Enforce safety and security procedures within the housekeeping department.
• Maintain records of staff attendance, performance, and departmental reports.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure smooth operations.

Требования:

• Minimum of 2 years in a similar position in a high volume internationally recognized luxury hotel chain

• Basic computer skills

• Able to read and write excellent Uzbek, English, Russian and preferably another language

• High school or equivalent education required.
