R&D Engineer

Participate in Research & Development (R&D) projects for new products and technical solutions

Develop design and technological documentation

Create 3D models and perform engineering calculations using CAD/CAE tools

Participate in prototype development and testing processes

Collaborate with production, quality, and other engineering teams

Analyze and improve existing technical solutions and processes

Higher technical education (Mechanical Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing, or related fields)

Experience in engineering or R&D roles

Knowledge of CAD software: AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Siemens NX (preferred)

Ability to work with technical documentation and drawings

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work effectively in a team
