Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to analyze and resolve issues.
Communicate with technical teams of Syrve partners.
Analyze logs and system behavior to identify root causes and prevent повторные issues.
3+ years of experience as a Technical Support Specialist or in a similar technical role.
Experience providing B2B technical support (a strong plus).
Working knowledge of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL) and database queries.
Basic understanding of server operating systems.
Experience working with back- and front-office equipment (highly desirable).
Strong written communication skills in Russian and English.
